Joseph, after the disband of the Wild Fury Rangers, was starting to have a normal life. Well, as normal as it can be with having powers given to you from an explosion. That was until a slight accident caused him to change his life forever. Now he has to protect his hometown, but not as a ranger, as something more. As the Hooded Phantom. SCALES, LIGHTS OUT!

Two years have passed since Joseph has been the Phantom. At first he didn't take the mantle all to serious, cracking jokes and all. But that all changed. He's gotten more serious and began to slowly take a darker path than he was when he started. He's struggling. But that's not all he has to deal with. Someone or something with tremendous power is causing people to become into creatures unknown to man. But to stop this threat, our hero needs to become allied from an unlikely source.

They took you in, capturing you to mold you into a soldier fighting for the survey corps. You despised the survey corps at first. After all, they stole you from your home. Took you away from the people you loved. They ruined your life, right? But... did they? You're stubbornness and skill capture the attention of a certain short black haired male. Corporal Levi was humanities strongest though, he couldn't like you, could he? He couldn't... At first it seemed strange but pleasant to finally get noticed, but soon you realized, nothing good came from the Corporal. In fact, your life seemed to turn into a living Dystopia. Thanatos is annoyed with Nico, who made Hades mad at a jarring family dinner. He decides that Nico should have someone just as angry with him. Out of spite he takes the life of a camper Will was desperately trying to save. Will thought that something felt familiar about the death, but brushed it off to PTSD, he goes to Nico for comfort, it's always difficult to lose a patient. Then he talks to Nico and realizes what that familiar feeling is. Will is mad at Nico, Nico needs to get out of camp. He shadow travels to anywhere away from all his problems, and ends up in probably the most dangerous city in the US, Gotham. Oops. Now with his powers depleted, he has to try and find a way to survive in this city that reeks of death. After a few violent encounter with the locals, he finally gets some money and rents an apartment, expecting to be there for a while. Will he survive in this city of crime?
