1 year after the events of Captain America:The Winter Soldier, Bucky Barnes was found by his befriended Bella McCartney and both returned home.
In 1990, Johann Schmidt/Red Skull's nephew Jonas returns from cryogenic sleep vows to get revenge for his uncle's death with the help of Nadia Zola (Arnim Zola's daughter). Together they terrorized the 21st century secretly. Until Bella learns their plan.
Bella - with the help of Barnes - must stop Jonas and Nadia and the impending Black Titan Army from terrorizing the whole world.
