It was NXT TakeOver Orlando. Claire was made to lose the NXT Women's championship as she was moving up to the main roster. She was facing Ember Moon. Everything was going perfect. Claire was on the top rope ready to do her finisher (Swanton dive) when Ember rolled out of the way. Claire tried to land on her feet. When she did, she felt a sharp pain shoot from her knee to her ankle. That's when Ember took the opportunity and hit the Eclipse. She was supposed to lose anyway so that didn't matter. She was hurt.
The injury led to her being out for almost six months as she torn her ACL.
When she returned, it would be on the main roster during the FastLane Payper View. She would come in during The Revival's match against Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows. She would cheat, helping the Revival retain their championship.
She revived and she is back to stay.

Then in a flash, he put Hunter in a sleeper hold. and tossed him into the door and kicked his skull into it. Knocking him out. Stephanie ran behind Cerberus who suggests they get dressed and head to his home Albuquerque, NM. When he got to a live event in Miami. He was attacked by Hunter who had a sledgehammer in hand and slammed it into Cerberus' chest a few times. Which caused him to be sent to the hospital. When Stephanie found out, she made a mad dash for the hospital he was sent to and stayed with him, and was able to conduct business while he was in the hospital. Once he was cleared to go home, Stephanie took care of him. While he was laid up for a week and a half. Stephanie was in the middle of divorce proceedings. A week before Money In The Bank. Daniel Cash Boyce has been in the wrestling business since he graduated high school in 2004. He learned as he went, and soon found himself in the Land Down Under. Now it's a week before Survivors Series. And their both on a shortlist of competitors for the WWE and Smackdown Women's Championships after Series. Daniel wasn't put on the card of Super Showdown in Melbourne, Australia. Only to be invited along by the Queen herself Charlotte Flair. And after having a fun time in Melbourne not only with the fact he made his impromptu debut and spent the day as a tourist around Melbourne. Daniel comes back to the States with WWE and soon finds himself put in the US Title bracket. And also is lucky enough to be put on SD Live's Survivor Series team. After a grand showing by Charlotte at Evolution against Becky. Eventhough she lost. Daniel feels that she deserves more respect since proving she could go to the wall with the best of them. During the traditional invasion of Raw by SD Live. Becky who was slated to go against Rousey gets injured by Nia Jax and is put on the injured list even though she said she was fine. The next night on SD Live. Lynch chooses Charlotte to replace her in the match against Rousey at Survivor Series. During said match Charlotte goes off the rails and not only beats the hell out of Rousey but gives 'Madhouse' a reason to pursue her as his girl. Part of his big fail is me and the other half is Alexa. But as the weeks bleed into months. Me and Alexa grow closer and closer and eventually start dating and a week before the WWE's first ever all women's P.P.V. Alexa gets hurt by suffering a concussion at the hands of Rhonda Rousey. Which caused me to dip into my dark side and channel it in a very ominous way. And believe me I can get pretty dark. It's after the PPV that I make the ultimate decision and ask her the one question I never thought I'd have the chance to utter in my lifetime. But I'm sure my life with her will only get better. Daniel has been a lifelong fan of Creature Features. Chief among them is Godzilla and King Kong. He spent his youth making himself look scary either by dressing up as the Swamp Thing or something of his own creation. And even though he really loved watching creature features. He went into Professional Wrestling and used his talent with makeup and his size and strength to his advantage. When he was picked up by WWE and placed with the NXT UK roster. He had some difficulty making friends with anyone. And Dominion didn't make it any easier. Until he had enough and went after them and did what most people considered impossible. He ripped the door of Dominion's locker room off with his bare hands thereby living up to his nickname of 'The Creature'. Ever since they've had difficulty in finding him an opponent. He did have a gym buddy in the form of Rhea Ripley. She always found his raw power intriguing and was amazed by how much he could lift. When she started going after the NXT Women's Championship. She took him with her and he doesn't let her down. To some people in the NXT UK roster and even the NXT roster. It seemed that Daniel had a crush on Rhea. That was proven at a taping at Full Sail.
