Frisk sets off on a journey to find out the truth about one of her closest friends. However, when she finds out what the reality behind that false smile is, she is burdened with a secret bigger than she could ever image. Will she be able to keep quiet? Or will the terrible truth be revealed to everyone?

What will Sans the Skeleton do when his best friend is so terribly ill that not even his jokes make her smile or laugh - or is that because she is deaf?
