Cecile Redfield is an eighteen year old girl living in Russia. However, she's no ordinary girl. She is a mercenary in the Republic of Edonia, and she is living with one of the most skilled mercenaries of all time- Jake Muller. Life is great for the two of them, killing zombies and all. That is, until Cecile meets Piers Nivans- Second in Command of the Alpha Team for the Bioterrorism Security Association Assessment- BSAA.
Now, Cecile is receiving flashes of her life- her past life, that is. The life before she became a mercenary. One problem- She doesn't remember the life before meeting Jake. Not the way Chris Redfield- Leader of the Alpha Team for the BSAA- is explaining it to her. Can she find all the missing pieces of the life she knew before the monster inside of her takes over, and destroys the ones she loves?

In case you are wondering yes this is my second try at this story. Now the story takes place in Resident Evil's movie universe which I know some don't like,but give it a chance. After she uncovers her secrets to him they are on their way to China to go after the villain behind it all. Chris, he's drinking his life away in a bar. Piers comes in and forces Chris to come back to the BSAA with him and take care of the China situation. The mission gets turned around when Chris starts to get flashbacks of Ada killing his whole team. They start to go after Ada. Sherry Birkin is assigned to get Jake Muller.
