Cecile Redfield is an eighteen year old girl living in Russia. However, she's no ordinary girl. She is a mercenary in the Republic of Edonia, and she is living with one of the most skilled mercenaries of all time- Jake Muller. Life is great for the two of them, killing zombies and all. That is, until Cecile meets Piers Nivans- Second in Command of the Alpha Team for the Bioterrorism Security Association Assessment- BSAA.
Now, Cecile is receiving flashes of her life- her past life, that is. The life before she became a mercenary. One problem- She doesn't remember the life before meeting Jake. Not the way Chris Redfield- Leader of the Alpha Team for the BSAA- is explaining it to her. Can she find all the missing pieces of the life she knew before the monster inside of her takes over, and destroys the ones she loves?
