Carmen Lopez was never a perfect person. She couldn't even be counted as good. Running away from home, stealing from a local gas station convenience store- all things Carmen did herself. Done with being "the child," and the shadow of her sister, she runs away. Away from everything. As she finally feels the grasp of expectation and responsibilities release, she comes across Emerson Duras.
