After the Hale fire it left the family to endure only mourning and sadness. Derek was under the impression that none of his siblings survived. But that wasn't true: Rose Hale, the youngest Hale sibling, after watching her mother die in front of her eyes by the werewolf hunters, fled Beacon Hills leaving no trace. To everyone else, they were left thinking that her body was never found.
Rose Hale, staying true to her promise, swore that she'd never come back to Beacon Hills after the fire killed nearly all of her family. But after six years of surviving on her own, it's time for her to come home.
A lot can change in six years; however she wasn't expecting this. Before she even knew what hit her, she was fighting not only for her own life, but for people who were complete strangers to her; strangers that she began to care more about than she was willing to admit.
