"You know I can't do that, Laura," he retorts, his face twisting into a wicked smile, "The Grim Reaper isn't seeing anyone right now," ••••••••••••••••••••••••• Laura didn't know what was happening on the Day of the Dead. She went to the heart her home city to mourn her mother, but was greeted by someone entirely different, Lord Death in his darker-than-black robe that hid even his face. He offers Laura a chance to meet her mother, who died during childbirth, in exchange for spending the night with him. Slowly, as one night turned into two, then three, and so forth, she comes to find the Grim Reaper to not be such a bad guy. But what will being in love with Death cost her?
