Merciless Compassion

Established by new ideals of caring for oneself above others, lack of empathy and loyalty to Keranthus before all else, a new governing structure has been established in America by a world wide controlling conglomerate that enforces their strict laws and obedience with a policing forced named the Shepherds. Although these Shepherds are not simple common people trained through a public establishment, they are taught of their cruel and brutal tactics through a well know yet mysterious school named Prae Dolore Academy. Sanctioned by the government and founded by Keranthus, select civilians are invited yearly to attend the prestigious school after undergoing entrance exams that are often changed every three years.
