The streets and clubs are consantly littered with swingers and cake-eaters, carefree and wild. The whole city is a party with no expiration date. With prohibition fresh in the news, speakeasies were booming and plentiful. For one bartender, a harp named Niall Horan, the nineteen-twenties were going to be about a lot more than parties.
