Samantha had a boring life, much like you and I. She had almost had enough, until fate had her paired with an incompetent science partner, Jordan.
Jordan tried to have some fun, and it went in a completely different direction. Samantha last remembers walking through a smoke filled room, when she wakes up on a couch in a wood hut or some-sort. Strange things keep happening that she, and Jordan, can't explain.
