In a futuristic, steampunk world where the government went into a 'total corruption' state, everyone is fighting for life. Some have given up hope, some have started resistance groups, then there are ones like me, who work underground, wanted dead or alive by the 'government' but invisible to the rest of the world.

Fortunately for them, science has blessed them with a new discovery- a new blood type. The people with the new blood type are said to be able to be resistant to most high falls, and also are stronger than the average human being. They are now capturing people with the new blood type, blood type AE positive. You just happen to be one of those people with the rare blood and you drive in an attempt to escape the clutches of the Obelus.
