We enjoy the ability to change things about our lives that we do not like. But for Scarlet Devine the one thing she wants to change, she feels she is stuck with for life. To make things worse for Scarlet her mother Savannah Devine believed in their family traditions. Knowing that her husband David would never agree to hire a private investigator Savannah takes things to a whole new level of chicanery. What better way to spy on your child than to pay someone to worm their way into Scarlet's life and become her new BFF. With more than worthy reward Savannah started her scrutiny at the local teen hangouts and finds London Monroe. Daughter of a drug addicted and a father who has no clue on how to raise a child. London is desperate to leave her life behind is up for the challenge.
