I can't touch. I can't feel. I can't stand next to you. I can't kiss you. I can't love you. I am toxic. You can't love me. It is toxic. I was diagnosed at birth that I can be held for a couple of months, but then I start burning your hands. If you touch me you burn. My aunt used to think it was okay to kiss me on the lips, because they are a different type of skin on your body. Well lets just say 'used to' is not her term for living. I can kill you if you stand next to me. I am toxic. I can't fall in love. But what happens when the guy next door happens to fall in love with you?

Evolution
There are a lot of things you don't really think about until they happen to you. Take rape, for instance. I always thought, "That won't happen to me. I have a boyfriend. I trust him. He would never take advantage of me like that..." I couldn't have been more wrong. Love in this day and age is often confused for manipulation and abuse. The warning signs are here. I felt someone staring hard at me, I started looking around the crowd and everyone is staring at me, but this is different. I saw Ayden and his group of friends but then I saw a girl that wasn't there earlier. We made eyes contact she is beautiful.....my wolf says, "Mate!" I was excited......I finally found my mate. It started with a kiss and ended with a list. The middle is a bit more complicated. The list of rules is supposed to protect mine and Beck's friendship and stop us from accidentally kissing again. But most of all, it's supposed to protect my heart from getting crushed and keep me from ending up broken like my mom. I've always been great at following rules. But the more time I spend with Beck, the more I can't stop thinking about that kiss and how amazing his lips felt against mine. For the first time in my life, I wish I was a rule breaker. Forgetting something you know you're supposed to remember is very annoying, but what happens if that something or someone is important. Like let's say you forgot the guy your head of heels for and the supposed to be best friend that is apparently some psychopath trying to kill you.
