After having to put up with her daughters' behaviour for years, Sandra, a single mom with a lot on her plate, decides that enough is enough.
Because of an upcoming business trip, Sandra is forced to leave the country for several months, however, does not believe that it is a good to leave her daughters to fend for themselves. 

To her relief, Sandra comes across an ad in the newspaper which will hopefully help the family.

Martin explains to him that his friend's family got into a car crash and his younger daughter has no where to go. Martin asks Phil if him and dan could watch the girl for a few weeks until they can find her a home. Of course, Phil agrees. What will happen when a new unfamiliar face starts living in the dan and phil house?
