After Simons marriage broke down, he moved to Rochdale and took on the role of deputy head at waterloo road. He is struggling to get over his wife cheating on him.

Addison Grainger, is the youngest child to Izzie, she is constantly causing her trouble. Addison takes an interest in her new deputy head when she notices just how down he is. Simon soon starts to feel things, things he shouldn't feel for a fifteen year old girl, never mind the face that she's the daughter of a colleague.

Addison and Simon soon fall in love but they know that its dangerous but they can't seem to stay away from each other. But with Addison living with two teachers, its bound to have be found out sooner or later
