From childhood, Lil's life has been a nightmare. Her mother tried drowning her in the bath as a baby. As a result, she deals with depression and anxiety. When her boyfriend breaks up with her, she decides to get behind the wheel and is tempted to text him one last thing. Imagine her horror when she smashes into another car, the driver someone very close to her. Will she end up like her mom in prison? Will she let despair and guilt drag her back into darkness or will she find hope for a future, as hard as it may be? This is a book I wrote a few years ago before I found Wattpad. When Piper's boyfriend dies in an accident she refuses to move on until she says all the things she never got a chance to say. She texts his old number on a daily basis saying the things she wished she had said unknowingly exposing herself to a stranger. Tyler is a hotshot rich kid who only cares about himself. When he gets a new phone and the texts start pouring in from some random heartbroken girl he laughs about it with his friends and doesn't bother to tell her that she has the wrong number. All in the name of humor of course, but not really. As time goes on and he starts to know more about her, he knows he has to find this broken girl.
