Rebecca Alingston decides to forcefully transform Dillon into a super robot which will be known as H.O.P.E. As part of her plan, Hope will save humankind and Earth, then later in the future will save her. After the transformation Hope turns out to have a partial amnesia and doesn't remember about his past person. Now he will try to find out who he is and why is he programmed to save humanity. He decides to assign BlueBand, a type II ambulance being trained under the stern guidance of Ratchet. Just as the new Bot is beginning to get used to Griffin Rock, Dr. Morocco sets off a gas bomb in an encounter. All seems fine until the Rescue Bots are unable to transform out of their holoform into their bot form, and it's up to BlueBand to figure out a way to undo it.
