To everyone music not only helps one feel at home, at peace or in relation to something we are experiencing or have already experienced. In which can be beneficial to one's mental health for their in recovery from any kind/form of mental illness or addiction. Though it's importantly with listening to the right kind of music. Though for those recovering from depression, it will take time, effort and much else in being able to resist the urge or want to listen to the depressed "playlist" we may have already created on our smartphones. Some of our songs are really sad, some are about love, some are sassy, some are about having a fun night out, and some are about depression and anxiety.
