Ok, ok. Yay, another story! Oh, come on, guys! I was going to make a Pokemon one eventually! And as I am obsessed with reading/watching Pokemon right now, it seemed just the right time. So, anyway, summary time:
Ash has a secret. He's not planning on telling anyone any time soon. It's not like they'd believe him anyway.
Who would believe him when he said that he's the Child of Mew?
No one. That's who.
Anyway, he's a ten year old who has two amazing friends, Misty and Brock, and he's out to save the world. But first, he has to seek the Gym Leaders, beat them, compete in the Indigo League, and whilst doing that he has to evade capture from his Memma's enemies. Team Rocket.

After reading a recent reaction story with Pokémon as the main topic along with my works on "Characters React??? (Ideas)" and multiple anime or other fandom reaction stories I have yet to update. I have decided to make another one from my childhood. Pokémon! Please note that I do not own the rights to Pokémon or to any fanfics that may be on, and I sometimes do not take requests. (Mostly it's because it's something that I'm not a fan of or don't know much about. And I don't want the viewers to be angry if write something that doesn't relate to the series.) I'm also having this on mature for safety reasons.
Pokémon Red
A 10-year-old boy, with a goal to become a Pokemon Champion, sets out on a journey across the Kanto Region. A journey charged with friendships, fun, and battles. Team Rocket, a criminal organization with disastrous plans is hiding mind-blowing secrets. Buckle up, cause it's going to be one hell of an adventure! Frequently Asked Questions: Q - What's special about this fanfiction? A - The books have an architectured story, from mysteries to time travel. From being awfully childish to brutally mature. Also, the protagonist ages. Q - Who are the Main Protagonists and the rivals? A - Red, a character from the Pokemon Video Games is the main protagonist along with his best friend Leaf. Whereas the character Blue (also known as Gary in the anime) is more of a frenemy than a rival. The main rivals would be Team Rocket Grunts - Cassidy and Butch as well as their Boss, Giovanni. Q - Is this story based on Pokemon Red or FireRed? A - The story has a few iconic moments from the games/manga but those events do not play a big part in the main story arc. Q - Is Ash Ketchum in it? A - The story takes place in its own universe. I try to bring some events from the games, the manga, and the anime. You get to see a different version of Ash Ketchum (close to how he has been depicted in the anime) in 2 chapters of this book. Q - Is Team Rocket the same as in the anime? A - While Cassidy and Butch are characters from the anime, they have a different overall character arc than in the anime. Team Rocket is darker than in any previous versions and has a purpose and a plan other than stealing. Giovanni's plan plays out slowly in the course of three books. Q - It has time travel? A - It does, time travel is hinted at in the first book with the actual "time traveling" in the second book. Q - "I hope the protagonist has a father, hahaha" A - Yes, he does. Ash has just lost in the Indigo League, due to his Charizard's disobedience. As he and Pikachu are thinking things over by a lake, they are sure in for a nasty surprise. Betrayal. That's what, out of all possible scenarios, Ash never imagined that his own friends and family would betray and even try and kill him. Now though, Ash must rise above this and prove the traitors wrong, starting with redemption. He heads over to the Orange Islands for sanctuary and to start a new journey, a new start was just what he needed, with new friends, new Pokemon, and mysteries surrounding the Pokemon world. But at the end of it all, the true adventure has only just begun... Warning: Foul Language, minor Adult topics, mentions of blood and gore. Not recommended for young children. As far as I love pokémon I did not watch most of the episodes or know their teams very well. Please do not get upset if I mess up on something. Ash has been captured. Captured by Giovanni. Ash had come so close to taking team rocket down, one more base, one more city. Giovanni however had had enough and was now keeping Ash in a locked room with no windows, concrete walls, single metal bed, in the basement. To top it off he had taken Ash's pokemon. Every day the same thing, Giovanni himself would come in and question Ash on the whereabouts of the masterball. Complete OOCness and I'm changing ages cause AshxGiovanni doesn't work when they have a 20 year age gap.
