Rogue and Gambit were on a simple, search and rescue mission, until Rogue finds files based on different mutants, one of them being her ex-boyfriend. Meanwhile, Death The Kid and Maka Albarn head over to Pennsylvania to look and spy on a group of powered beings. While the mutants attend the school, they run into the Soul Eater gang. Will the two groups be able to work together to stop the on coming war or will Kid and Rogue's old bond get in the way? What new power has Rogue gained and will she be able to control it?
