Naomi Chambers has her whole life together, well or so she makes it seem. She has the façade of a happily single, successful Advertising Executive, but in reality having part of her dream is really weighing on her. Having to see her best friend Grace, married happily your two years and now pregnant for the first time has highlighted that when Grace was her age, she was planning a wedding and here Naomi is not even a boyfriend. Logically, she knows she should not compare her life to others, but it is hard not to when the only man that calls her on a regular is her long term friend with benefits Jaylen, and while the sex is still great it has started to make her really long for more intimacy and less wham bam thank you maam. Just when Naomi thinks she can quell the longing for her "soulmate" by diving into work, her new ad project seems like a sign, she is assigned to make marketing information for a new dating idea, "Quick Match". Naomi decides this might be an opportunity to kill two birds with one stone and thus begins her fast track to happiness or will it be a slow torture to leading her to where she should have looked in the first place?

Sick of third wheeling her best friends who have somehow all gotten into a relationship over the span of the last three months, Michelle Holmes finds herself commiserating with schoolmate Caledon Brightwell over their similar plights in life at work one day. His friends, much like hers, have taken to turning group outings into triple dates--where she's always the odd one out. In the middle of their complaining session, they hit on the perfect solution to their problems: they can just date each other. After all, deciding to get together was exactly how their friends started their relationships. Not that she has any idea how dating is supposed to work, but at least she finally has a boyfriend. Too bad her friends aren't impressed, but it's not her fault that they can't appreciate her genius. The easiest way not to third wheel on a group date is to have a date of your own, right? ------------------ Updates on Wednesdays and Fridays.
