Ace lives with his mom whom is too emotional and dad who is a retired wounded veteran. A younger brother who is on the football team and is crazy hyper. His aunt whom is bipolar. He gets a friend request from an ex crush(Lathan). So he accepts and they begin talking, he hides his homelife from him in attempts to get him to like him. When he slowly lets his guard down and allows him in, but is still scared.
