Both U.S.A and all of Europe joined together to form a massive Dictatorship over the rest of the world, it was called The Backlash Sovereignty. If a country didn't surrender to them then it was incinerated whole. The world was in catastrophic distress, not only was The Backlash Sovereignty drowning the world in murder and invasion, but it was also forcing a bloodcurdling decision upon the young people of the world :
