Tommy and Beverly are two teens, growing up in a world that does not like them. Tommy's life is exactly like everyone else's, his house is the same as his neighbor's. But Tommy sticks out from everyone else. He is a fream. Beverly lives in a town where nobody wants to change. Everyone has accepted their subordinate role. But not Beverly. Beverly is a fream.
