Alex Wood had everything he wanted- a nice car, a great family, even a girlfriend. But he didn't really make the best of choices. He would always get into trouble and his family or friends would always back him up. 

But not this time...

This time there were no other people to blame but himself. 

Alex faces punishment that would seem tolerable to most anyone. The only thing is he hates books. 

He has to work in a library everyday until the end of the school year. 

Alex soon learns that he's not alone. He meets new people, learns new things- including love.
