Inspired by The Nine Lives of Chloe King: Iris Taylor is like your average girl she likes: make up, boys, shopping, and chick flicks. Though one different thing about Iris is that unlike the rest of her family she was adopted from Bulgaria with no record of her past. The second she's drowned in the lake in the forest she knows it's over, until she wakes up and finds out that she just died and resurrected. The more she figures out the more she notices that she's never been alone. The second the clock hit midnight on the day of her sixteenth birthday everything changed for Oakwood, Virginia, for Iris's friends, for her family, for her dream boy-who is involved in this entire problem and most importantly herself.
