Hey there! My name is Nellie Harbor. I'm a highschool student and I'm 18. I'm the only daughter of Jonathan and Emily Harbor. They are devoted Christians, and that's my problem. I'm not a Christian. I desperately need Christ, but I am too blind to take heed to my parent's words of becoming one. It takes different things happening in my life to get me to realize I need a change in my life. Sometimes God uses whatever it takes to get your attention, and in my case, a certain person that became part of my life. He made me want what he had.  God definitely got my attention after a life of hate, stubbornness, cheating, lying, and other things that are of this world. This is my story. Life takes you to mysterious places. I thought I knew all there was to know, but apparently, I've been living a lie. And yes, it's crazy. Who knew that I would find out like that? Who knew? I sure as hell didn't. Life is really messed up sometimes. Why did this happen to me? In fact, what else is there to know? Is my name really mine? Am I really seventeen years old? At this point, I don't even know who I am. Who am I? I am alone. In need of answers. Will I ever get them? How far is anyone really to go for answers? I mean, what would you do? Where would you go? He had rules for a reason, or thats what he said. I did something wrong I got punished. I spoke out of turn, I got punished. I looked at him or ate without permission, I got punished. Haven thats what they named me funny isn't it? Ironic really. They named me Haven because my mom would say I was her 'Safe Haven'. What a pile of shit that was. She left willingly, she didn't depart because of some tragic accident. My father didn't kill her. She left because she was a coward who didn't want kids. As soon as my older brother went to college she left. I knew she hated me. I was the product of her love with another man. A constant reminder that her life didn't work out the way it was planned. He who ever he was is a phantom in its own. A deep rooted fantasy never going to come true. My brother left, my mother left, my grandma ignored, and my father broke. They let me give up hope on escaping and then decided to play hero. But I haven't forgotten everything I went through. Guilt consumes my brother but I don't care, you don't get to leave and then buy a reprieve of trying to save someone who has been dead for years. Besides lets just be honest I reached my breaking point long ago.

Well then I, Rachel Robby, can relate. I fact, I wished the very same thing upon a shooting star. Well, I thought it was a shooting star, but it could have been an airplane. Or maybe, if you believe in aliens, you would have thought of it to be a UFO. Anyways, my wish came true. So here I am, stuck in my cat Dexter's body, when I'm actually supposed to be sipping on a margarita on a white sandy beach in Maui for my yearly vacation. Either way, I still get relax and I'm even starting to enjoy my life. That is, until I find out that I'm not the only person-gone-animal. My life isn't as bad as it could be and I don't have terrible problems. It could be worse. Right? But then, one night at 3am when I'm alone, still awake, lying in bed, thinking about life, I find myself crying my heart out. I feel horrible and I question everything I had. I don't know if I was ever happy at all and yes, things just got worse. Jericho 'Ricky' Davis is your typical 'more-than-average' high school student at first glance. he seems to have it all; from friends to girls, popularity at school and even good grades. However, as his story unravels, we learn that Ricky is struggling with a broken relationship with his father, an aunt at the verge of death and a life that just might fall apart. After all, everything is not what it seems This is not some sappy romance story. There is no promise of a happily ever after. Yes there will be a lot of eye rolling and provocation and yes you might be force-fed a bowlful of aggravating emotions but please try your hardest not to hunt me down and strangle me afterwards.
