When seven year old Lilly moves into a house with her family, she realises she isn't alone. Not long after moving into the house Lilly is introduced to the mysterious and secretive ghost Elizabeth who is quickly befriended by the child, however with the ghost refusing to extend her good will to Lilly's family it is up to Lilly to convince both her family and her new friend to put their differences aside so they can get along. It also falls upon Lilly to discover what Eliza isn't telling her about the basement and why the ghost refuses to let anyone go inside.
