The year is 2138.
It's a wasteland; bare cracked ground rolls out until the eye can see and oxygen is no longer passed through trees, but through tiny pockets slotted in every building and rounded Porto, artificial intelligence in a greater number than humans and a large grey cloud hangs over the stretching grey buildings, that share the same dull properties and uninteresting nature.
What have we become?
Oscar is 19 and is meant to be alike every traumatised teen; wiped of all memory, replaced with new ones, giving them the 'chance they always needed'. But Oscar doesn't forget, for he is what his mother called special, and little does he know that he is the prodigy the rebels search for.
