"What is your name my beautiful treasure?" he gently questions me.
I refuse to speak to him only gazing back into his unfortunately dazzling eyes. A man such as him shouldn't be able to look so irresistible, it's dangerous to those he wishes to manipulate and I have no doubt that he does use it to his advantage. I can tell he is attempting to use it on me right now, but I will not be so easily swayed.
A slight look of irritation crosses his face before whisking away as if it was never there.
"Well if you refuse to provide me with one I shall have to give you one for the time being, but be assured my darling I will discover it eventually. Whether it comes from your lips is up to you. For now I will call you Treasure for you are surely an undiscovered gem."
He leans closer so his mouth grazes my ear and he speaks again, this time in a raspy whisper that makes me shiver.
"And how lucky am I to have found you" I can hear the smirk in his tone now and it frightens me, for what it makes me feel will certainly only lead me to trouble.
He leans back slightly, only enough so that he can look me directly in the eyes as his seem to sparkle with mirth at my own stiffened posture. He can tell that he makes me uncomfortable and it seems to bring him some sense of amusement. Well I can certainly fix that.
"For now" is all I say back to him as his eyes flash black at my statement. He may think I am his to play with for the time being but with those two words I have reassured him that I will not be sticking around long. Nor will I so easily submit to him.
