On the night the Particle Accelerator went off, it caused a freak storm that spread its Dark Matter all throughout Central City. That is when ordinary Barry Allen becomes the impossible. Haunted by the unexplained murder of his mother Barry Allen uses his newfound powers to protect his city by stopping criminals and those who are like him who use their new powers for injustice. Barry now has a renewed purpose by using his speed to protect the innocent, search for the truth behind his mother's death and hopes to clear his father's name. But with the discovery of a new speedster running through his city; Barry must identify who it is to learn whether they are a friend or a foe......
