Every wolf back has 24 leaders, honoring the 24 letters of the Ancient Greek alphabet. The Alpha is leader of the pack, and his consultants are ranked in accordance with their letter, ending in Omega. The first born son of every leader will take their father's place upon the Alpha's 50th Birthday. On the day of transitioning, all unmated wolves were asked to present there unmated females to be mated. Upon mating, the son make take full control of his position and his father would officially be retired. This is the story on the Lunar Pack, one of the largest backs in America, and the transitioning of power.
