Star Wars Episode I: THE RESURGENCE OF THE JEDI
Over the past few months, I have been developing an original Star Wars trilogy. Finally, it has come together in a brand new story. A brand new timeline, but still in the galaxy far far away. I wrote this like a movie, not like a book, thinking it would be epic to one day see on screen. From the characters to the brand new locations, this trilogy offers a fresh new take on the Star Wars universe, while still keeping the elements from the source material we know and love. This is part one of a three part story. In Episode I: THE RESURGENCE OF THE JEDI, we follow the story of Jeb Rangor and his adventure with Jedi Master Var Kellus as they attempt to stop the Sith Elitists, led by the horrifying Darth Zekko, from taking over Jeb's home world of SCORA. I'm a Jedi Padawan... oh wait, I'm not. No Master will pick me. I'm the fabled "Weakest Jedi." My connection to the force is so below-average I can barely muster a force-push. My only powers include limited force-sense and basic enhancing of my physical attributes. Despite this, I WILL become a Jedi. How? By honing my physical abilities and lightsaber techniques beyond what anyone thought possible. __________________________________________________________________________________ Hesitant to call this a "power fantasy," but this story will include the main character slowly becoming more powerful. Ezra and Jaral Bridger, 14 and 17 years old, have lived on the streets for 8 years. Now they are old enough to wear the armors that their father, a super-soldier from another galaxy, left them before being capture by the Empire. An unexpected encounter, however, will drag them into something much bigger and set them into a journey that will change their lives forever. Already published entirely on another site. I decided to start publish it here again to add images. As you can see from the cover, they are nothing but amateurish photomontages made with Paint and elements taken mainly from games like Garry's Mod, Source Filmmaker...but also images from the internet.
