Having psychedelic adventures with her groupie girlfriends, she never wanted to get too involved with a rock n roll man, scared of being left with a broken heart. Until she met one, Mick Jagger. He thinks that taking away her records and guitar will stop her, but she goes with Keith to a local music store to play guitar, while he plays drums. When Kenleigh's father finds out, he gets so upset that Kenleigh quits school and moves in with Keith. As Keith and Kenleigh take care of each other, Kenleigh feels herself falling for Keith.
