Looking for a girl to fall in love with is like swallowing whole knives. A pain in the ass. 

Prince Jared is fed up. Searching for the woman of his dreams was harder than he thought. His parents aren't of any use either. They believe only the richest girls or the most powerful can rule the kingdom, while he thinks otherwise. He wants a girl to make him laugh, make him think, and be there when he needs them the most. He believes there is no such woman in the world, and he nearly quits trying to look for one.

Emily Green is low paid receptionist in her neighborhoods animal hospital. She loves taking care of animals and enjoys the little pleasures in life. She's just an ordinary girl with an extraordinary life. She loves her father and friends and couldn't ask for anything more. According to her, "Relationships are useless because I have everything I could ever ask for, or in one word: happiness." That is, until her beloved father falls severely ill. 

Reality hits her as she realizes life isn't always peachy perfect.  Why her? Why now? But she soon realizes a second job would help her father enormously. But when a job opens up in the royal palace, she is a little doubtful...
