Earth has its own dystopian future where the world has crumbled into ruin and the fabric of society itself has collapsed, causing entire nations to have been reduced to a collection of gang-like groups vying for survival and power. Each band has resorted to savagery to protect not only their survival, but their pride as a whole, and only the most vicious and desperate have a chance to live in the cruel environment that everyone now calls home.

Greg and his sister Rose know that the only duty you have is to your group. And as physical enforcers in their respective small society, they have more peoples' blood on their hands than they care to count. But when the violence escalates to a whole new level, emulating the war that condemned their predecessors in the first place, both siblings are stuck choosing between moral obligation or sticking rigidly to the duty they've followed their entire lives, and the decisions they make will not only impact themselves, but the world as they know it.
