You know that saying that life's a rollercoaster? Fuck that. Life isn't some rollercoaster - sure it's filled with ups and downs, but the relative maximums aren't always positive and the low points aren't always the worst. Your world is constantly being built - not created prior for you like a repeating ride. To me, it's a never-ending maze - a labyrinth being drawn and erased, changing every second with each step you take: full of dead ends and darkness, and you don't know anything except the fact you're moving. And when you think you're finally going the "right" way, something changes, blocking you, yet again from the end.
I am going through a maze, and I've stumbled but can't turn back: trapped, waiting for the sequence of walls to switch again.
