North and South Korea have joined together after a century, but the whole country turns into a communistic world of its own. 

A new law is then passed shortly after the change of government. It states that all children at the age of sixteen should attend boarding schools and depending on your wealth, you go to different Sections. Section One being the best and Section Four being the worst. 

Hyuk Boyeon has just turned sixteen and has to take his test to determine what branch of Section Four he should be in. But what he finds out about himself that day makes him immune to many things around him and becomes the biggest threat to the government.
