Soon after their return to Kansas, Dorothy and (Y/N) find themselves whisked back to Oz to save her friends and Glinda from the Jester - the younger brother of the Wicked Witch of the West. The Jester is using his late sister's broomstick as a magic wand and is destroying Oz one yellow brick at a time. With new companions, the two girls set out to rescue old friends and restore order. But during this new adventure, (Y/N) would hear the constant talk of Scarecrow's love for her when she's only known him a day in her world. Will she accept his feelings or return to Kansas? DISCLAIMER! I don't own you, The Wizard of Oz, Legends of Oz: Dorothy's return, Scarecrow, the characters, songs, pictures, videos, etc. I haven't seen a lot of these books and I wanted to write one. Well, I've wanted to write it for a while but never really thought about it until now. I hope this goes alright and everyone likes my take on the two films. Enjoy the book

It is the last days of the old west; the nineteenth century nears its end, and Dorothy Gale is ten years old, living in a two-room cabin she shares with her Uncle Henry and Aunt Em. They are farmers in a time of drought. Just when it seems that things can't get any worse for the Gales, a threatening twister carries Dorothy away to the undiscovered country of Oz, a land populated by short, rugged people who live under the rule of sorcerers. The Good Witch of the North lacks the power to send Dorothy home, so the girl sets off for the City of Emeralds in the hope that the mysterious wizard who lives there can help her. But the Wizard of Oz has a secret to protect, and to do so he will send Dorothy and her friends to kill the Witch of the West, or die trying. This is based off other Oz adaptations, such as Return to Oz, The Wizard of Oz. All AI illustrations are credited to @brajo81 !. You'll love accompanying Dorothy on this first thrilling adventure based on L. Frank Baum's "Oz" books! Dorothy (Fairuza Balk) finds herself in the Land of Oz ... and makes delightful new friends such as, the Scarecrow (Justin Case) that needs a brain, a Tin Woodsman (Deep Roy) missing a heart, and a Cowardly Lion (John Alexander) who wants courage. The wizard asks the group to bring him the broom of the Wicked Witch of the West (Fiona Victory) to earn his help. With every twist in the yellow brick road, you'll find awesome new surprises and special effects that will astound you!
