16 year old barrel racer Juliet is in love. Or so she thinks. She has been in love with her best friend Houston for as long as she can remember, but he doesn't see her like that. Then, she meets cute and country cowboy Briar. Hes fun, outgoing, and he seems totally interested in Juliet.
