Running. Panting. That is all that 15 year old Hunter was doing. All he felt was the wind rushing past him and the soft grass under his feet. All he heard was the thudding of his feet and the thudding shoes of his pursuers. All he saw was a blur of browns and greens. He didn't see this because he was running, but because he was tired, hungry, dehydrated, cold, and most of all, poisoned.
This novel is inspired by Awesome Dragon's AMAZING book series, "The 'Gifted' Trilogy." I give them half the credit of this book, and a HUGE thank you.
