Kellin is a 16 year old high school student who is stuck in an abusive home. He is quiet and, no one in his school likes him much, if they notice him at all. Kellin is used to sitting alone and never being talked to. His life changes when Kellin meets Vic, the new kid. When these two meet, they almost instantly become inseparable friends. Kellin has less platonic feelings for Vic but suppresses them as much as he can. As time progresses, Kellin finds out that Vic isn't in the best mental state, and Vic discovers that Kellin is in a bad home. They each make it their mission to save the other.
