Another Tail (Miraculous Ladybug Fanfiction)

By day the duo are best friends but when evil approaches and they can stand one another.
Prologue
Jackie looked out her window. Everything was practically perfect. With her long curly ginger hair flowing in the wind,she grabbed her stuff and headed to school with her jock friend Dominic. She rushed down wearing a pink plaid shirt, her favorite Falling in Reverse shirt, a black leather jacket with the sleeves rolled up to her elbows and black knee high Converse with silver skulls.
"Ready?" Dominic asked. He wore a jersey and cargo shorts but his brown hair did look nice.
"No. But I guess it's out of my control huh? Let's go." She said with a chuckle. Her Irish accent showed very seldom but when it was there, it was distinct. About half way down the block the duo stopped.
"I forgot my science homework. Got to go. See you at school!" Jackie yelled sprinting back to her apartment building. While up the stairs she spotted an old man who must have fallen on the steps. She kindly helped him back up, asked if he was okay, and rushed on just barely making it to school on time. When Jackie got home there was a black box with a red symbol on it. What's this? She thought to herself. Hesitantly she opened it to find a black ring. She put it on with curiousity. Suddenly a black cat like thing appeared.
