Melody Swan is a shy 20 year old. She is Bella's older sister by two years. When Melody comes back from collage, she soon realizes that her little sister is dating a handsome boy named Edward Cullen. When Bella drags Melody along with her one day to meet her boyfriends family, she meets the one and only Emmett Cullen. Melody goes though everything Bella does. The fight with James (Earning a broken wrist, and flash backs she never wanted to be brought to light) and everything in between. Melody and Emmett's relationship goes well until the Cullen's leave. Melody only lets Edward know the secret she had been keeping from Bella, Charlie, Rene, and everyone else. She trusted him. He promised to never leave Bella and to keep her secret a secret from every one especially Emmett, and Emmett promised to never leave her.

Now she has to take care of her little sister, her worsening health, Charlie, and herself. When Melody finally loses all control, what will she do? Will anyone else find out her secret? How will she cope with the Cullen's gone? And what if Alice was too late?

*This story will start out in the New Moon setting. The 'Twilight' part of the book will be all the same as the original, but only Melody with Emmett and Bella with Edward.*

*WARNING*: This story will cover sensitive topics such as depression and self harm. This story will also contain some smut scenes, but will be marked before said scenes take place.

All characters belong to Stephanie Myers, except Melody. I created her. Please do not steal.

I stared down at the letter in my hand. There was something so familiar about it. Yet it was different. Mysterious. Alluring. Almost Irresistible. *** After Edward leaves Bella in the woods, she is heartbroken. She is in a constant state of intense depression. That is until a letter arrived in the mail. A letter from the person she had least expected. Jasper x Bella (I don't know if you've figured it out yet, but Jasper is my favorite. He's adorable and I love him. We're just gonna do our best to ignore the fact that he fought on the Confederate side, and pretend that he has grown from the experience and is no longer racist. Now he supports the BLM movement and is deeply ashamed of his past. Yay! Character growth!) I have altered some of the characters to fit the story. Some of their actions in this book would never happen in the actual saga. Our perfect southern gentleman would never hurt Alice, we all know that ;) Warning: Lots of fluff. He was a boy from the nearby reservation, and he was kind and funny. He also had a secret. She was shocked when she found out, but she couldn't deny the feelings she had for him. They would do everything together, including Jocob's friends, Embry Call and Quil Ateara. She would drive them to school, go work out at the gym, come home and get a shower and some food, and then go work at the local bakery in town.
