Every Millennium, a person is chosen to become 'The Chosen One'. Their duty is to protect what is known as 'The Chain of Life'. 'The Chain of Life' is what maintains the world as it is, peaceful and clear, however a dark force has risen in rebellion against the peace. Known as 'Dragon Hunters', this group of people have set out to destroy the chain and end life as they know it. All that stands in their way is 'The Chosen One'… ------------------ Author's Rant Hello, and welcome to my second novel. This is a full dedicated work to a friend of mine who shall remain anonymous. The story itself is also constructed by the person in question and I'm just refining it into a novel. She has given her consent as well that she wanted to see a novelised(Wow, this is an actual word?) version of what was a short biography page for an assignment.
