A guy named Tetsuya Ishida moves to Uchiura, Numazu because his family made a business deal with the Kurosawa family. Tetsuya is alright with it, though. But deep inside he'll miss the streets of Tokyo. One reason being is that he is a parkour practitioner. He thinks that Tokyo is one big parkour ring where can jump, leap, slide, and run however he pleases. Tetsuya is already a 3rd year and he finds it rather sad that his last year won't be in Tokyo, the place he considered as his playground.
