Santana is in love with Jensen then Sebastian smythe gets in the way soon he sees her he falls in love with her so now she got two people after her so she will have to choose one so behind her back Sebastian and Santana do have a song to win her over in the end one of them wins I wonder who she will have ? But also she falls in love with them both too so it's hard for her to make a choice
