Karly is a skater that has some dance moves and loves to show them off at parties. Even though she has some family issues and problems with people at school, she never fails to miss a dance class.
Her old neighbor, also her best friend for 4 years, moves out and She gets a new neighbor, Carson.
Carson is also a party animal that, has some moves of his own, and he wants to show Karly a few.
