Karly is 15.
She has everything a teenage girl could ask for, she lives in a big house in Los Angeles, California, she's an only child, and has all the money she could ever dream of, although she tends to have a bit of an attitude and likes to rebel.
Karly is a skater that has some dance moves and loves to show them off at parties. Even though she has some family issues and problems with people at school, she never fails to miss a dance class.
Her old neighbor, also her best friend for 4 years, moves out and She gets a new neighbor, Carson.
Carson is also a party animal that, has some moves of his own, and he wants to show Karly a few.
Will Karly accept Carson and stand by him while he busts out a couple of moves?
