Luke grows up plagued with constant nightmares about what happened on Mustafar. He wants answers about what really happened to his father, answers no one is giving him. When Obi-Wan is sent to Mandalore again during the Clone Wars, he didn't expect to get the mission to kill Satine, under grounds of her alleged secret deals with Death Watch. It's not a mission he has any desire to complete, but that means he has to choose between the Jedi and the attachments he isn't supposed to have - to both Satine and Anakin.

An accident drops Vader into Obi-Wan's backyard on Tatooine. Literally. With Sidious dead, he can bring his family back together. Perhaps, he can even go to another timeline, to the past, to fix what he can't fix here. For her part, Ahsoka is... more than a little shocked when a Sith Lord and two children appear in front of her while she's on the run in the Underworld.
